Car transportation is a must, since bus transportation is insufficient or nonexistent, trains run only between major cities and taxis are very expensive.
Our rates (for standard occupation per week) are all inclusive prices in Euro (€) and include all standard utilities such as electricity, water, internet, most taxes and house insurance as well as final cleaning. Also included are weekly change of bed, bath and table linen, pool towels, fire/barbecue wood (1 load per day), use of washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a starter package of spices, coffee, espresso, black or green tea, toilet paper, creme soap and detergent.
Our "Farm Shop" will supply you with home-made jams, jellies or juice, cold-pressed olive oil and wine vinegar as well as other specialties according to season and availability. Fresh herbs you may pick in our vegetable garden.
Depending on your requirements, separate charges may be: visitor's tax (€ 1,50/day/ adult pers.), heating (depending on your actual consumption during legal heating periods), expenses for animals (€ 70/week), internet , baby cot and highchair (€ 42 + €12), 4 course Tuscan welcome dinner incl. standard beverages (€ 35/adult , € 25 respec. € 15 for children, continental breakfast service (€ 80/pers/week), cookery courses (€ 105/pers. 1-2 pers. , groups as of 3 pers., € 90/pers.,; extended half-day incl. tastings and shopping € 140/pers., - this rate incl. dinner + beverages), 3D archery courses.
Payment terms: 25% non-refundable down payment per bank transfer or paypal, rest payment not later than 12 weeks prior to arrival per bank transfer or paypal.
In case of booking cancellation, the down payment of 25% is not subject to refunds. The remaining amount will be calculate as following.
In case of booking cancellation up to 16 weeks prior to rental period, the client will have to pay a penalty of 1/3 (33,33%) of the total booking amount.
In case of cancellation between the 16th and 12th week prior to renting period, the client will have to pay 1/2 (50%) of the total booking amount.
In case of cancellation after the 12th weeks prior to renting period or a no-show , the client will have to pay the total renting amount (100%) as penalty.
You may also ask for a credit for a future booking but only with arrival within the same year. The down payment will not be considered.
In case of cancellations due to official covid restrictions you may reschedule your booking for a period of 12 months or get your down payment back.
